Industrial Anti-Freeze Powder
Product Introduction
Our industrial anti-freezing powder is a non-toxic, harmless, green, and environmentally friendly product developed and produced by our company using food-grade raw materials to meet customer needs. It can be easily prepared by mixing the anti-freezing powder with water in the appropriate proportions. The resulting anti-freezing fluid features long-lasting anti-freezing, anti-corrosion, anti-scaling, high boiling point, non-flammable, and non-explosive properties. This anti-freezing powder is widely applicable in central air conditioning systems, cooling units, cooling water circulation systems, equipment pipelines, air-source heat pumps, boilers, fountains, and solar water circulation systems.
【Preparation Instructions】
Antifreeze powder preparation method and steps for industrial equipment:
Based on the required freezing point, use a metal reaction tank to thoroughly mix antifreeze powder and preservatives in the packaging bag with cold water in the following proportions:
Antifreeze solution with -20°C protection, 1:3.5 ratio of antifreeze powder to water
Antifreeze solution with -30℃ protection, antifreeze powder to water ratio of 1:2.6
Antifreeze solution with -30°C freezing point, mixed at a ratio of 1:2.2 with antifreeze powder and water.
Note: 1. When antifreeze powder dissolves in water, the concentration must be greater than 1:2.
After the antifreeze solution is produced, cool it to room temperature and then add the clear liquid to the system in use.
【Instructions for Use】
Add this product to the system as you would with regular water. During use, the system evaporates normally; simply replenish with water as needed, no need for additional antifreeze. If the system leaks, spills water, drips, or has water leakage, replenish with an equivalent amount of industrial equipment antifreeze powder.
For old industrial equipment, first drain all system water and then rinse the system clean before adding this product. Adding a chemical cleaning agent to the original industrial equipment system before rinsing and then adding this product yields even better results.
If the concentration of this product needs to be reduced, "Golden Nirvana" preservative should be added to maintain its antifreeze properties as well as its corrosion and preservative performance.
"Jinranuo" industrial antifreeze powder should not be mixed with other brand antifreeze fluids.
