I. Product Introduction
This series of grinding aids primarily consists of organic surfactants, polyhydric alcohols, sugars, and amines, supplemented by a small amount of inorganic salts, in a liquid form. It is typically deep brownish-black and opaque, has no irritating odor, and does not harm human health or the performance of concrete.
Our products are available in three packaging options: liquid, in bulk, ton containers, and 250kg drums.
Density: (20°C ± 1°C) 1.10-1.25 (g/cm³)
PH:(20℃±1℃)8.50-11.0
Solids content: 40-55%
Recommended Dosage: 0.05%-0.1% of cement by weight
This series is divided into three types based on different application effects: JT-DC3 Early Strength Type, JT-DC5 Composite Type, and JT-DC8 Late Strength Type.

Section II: Applicability and Effectiveness
This series of products is primarily suitable for composite silicate cements with a high content of inactive mixed materials, such as fly ash silicate cement, slag cement, and masonry cement. It improves strength significantly when used with slag cement, ordinary cement, and silicate cement.
During cement production, when the total moisture content of the raw materials entering the mill does not exceed 2.0%, and the cement quality and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, this series of grinding aid can reduce the clinker content in cement by ≥5% and increase the mill output per hour by ≥8%.
Early strength products for cement production, capable of enhancing the compressive strength of cement by over 4.0MPa within 3 days, while maintaining a standard consistency water requirement increase of less than 0.5%.
Composite products for cement production, capable of enhancing the compressive strength of cement by over 3.0MPa in 3 days and over 5.0MPa in 28 days, while maintaining a standard consistency water demand increase of less than 0.5%.
Post-toughened products, designed for use in the cement production process. These products can enhance the compressive strength of cement by over 8.0 MPa after 28 days, while maintaining a standard consistency water demand increase of less than 0.5%.
Section 3: Usage Examples

IV. Characteristics of Cement Using This Aid-Milling Agent
The fluidity of cement powder will increase.
2. The cement mortar sand fluidity is slightly increased.
3. The standard consistency water content may vary due to different mixing material proportions and types.
4. Setting time typically extends by 15-30 minutes, and can be further prolonged according to customer requirements.
5. The control of cement fineness after grinding is highly sensitive to the 45μm sieve residue.
V. Storage Methods and Conditions
This series of grinding aids is a weakly alkaline liquid. It is recommended to store in sealed containers made of plastic materials. Storage units should be equipped with a recirculation system, and the product should be subjected to regular recirculation to maintain uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is between -5℃ and 40℃.
Section 6: Method of Addition During Use
No need to elevate for addition; the metering pump can be directly used for measurement and addition.
When increasing the feed height of the grinding aid, it is generally added using a two-stage pumping method. The illustration is as follows:

Companies using our grinding aid provide clients with storage tanks, related measuring equipment, and methods for detection and control of feed rates.
Six, Cautionary Notes
This abrasive aid should be used after passing inspection. Inspection and acceptance methods include:
1) A straightforward method is to test the density, pH value, color, or solid content of newly arrived grinding aid and a sample of the grinding aid that has been used and proven to be qualified, under the same temperature conditions. If both are within the error range, they can be considered fit for use.
2) Utilize a cement without additives that has the same composition as the cement used in production, and conduct a cement strength blending test using samples of the proven effective grinding aid JT-DC from previous usage and new grinding aid samples, respectively, within the same laboratory. The blend is deemed合格 when the three-day strength of both falls within the acceptable error range. Generally, a single method is employed when continuously using the grinding aid; a second method is adopted only when there is significant disagreement regarding the quality of the grinding aid.
2. When handling and storing drummed grinding aid, prevent drops, impacts, external pressure, and exposure to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two drums.
3. Before use, check the company's logo first, then open the cover. Confirm the product and model are correct before putting it into use.
4. This product has slight corrosive properties to the skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and do not ingest or consume.
5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature remains below -5℃ for consecutive 5 days, insulation measures should be taken to prevent crystallization of the product from affecting normal use.
6. Shelf life of this product is 12 months.
