I. Product Introduction
This series of grinding aids primarily consists of alkanolamines, polyhydric alcohols, and sugars, supplemented by a small amount of inorganic salts, in a liquid form. It is typically deep brownish-black and opaque, with no irritating odor, and does not harm human health or the performance of cement concrete.
Specifications: 250 kg/bucket, ton/bucket, and bulk in three options.
Density: (20℃±1℃): 1.22±0.03 (g/cm³)
pH value: (20℃ ± 1℃): 8.25 - 9.5
Solids Content: 35~45%
The use of the product in cement does not affect the shelf life of the cement.
Recommended Dosage: 0.05% - 0.10% (m/m) of cement quality

Section II: Application Scope and Effectiveness:
This series is primarily suitable for silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, composite silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement, pozzolan silicate cement, slag silicate cement, and can also be used for masonry cement.
Products are categorized by their functions into early-strength, late-strength, yield-enhancing, comprehensive, and retarding types, among others.
Early-strength products, used in the cement production process, can enhance the compressive strength of cement by over 4.0MPa within 3 days, under the condition that the cement mix ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, and the increase in the standard consistency water requirement of cement should be less than 0.5%.
High-strength product for cement production, capable of enhancing the compressive strength of cement by over 8.0 MPa after 28 days, while maintaining a standard consistency water demand increase of less than 0.5%.
High-output products, used in the cement production process during tube mill grinding, can increase the cement grinding output by over 15% under the condition that the cement proportion and fineness control indicators are basically consistent.
Comprehensive product for the cement process, which can reduce the clinker consumption by over 6% while maintaining consistent cement ratio and fineness control, increase the admixture proportion by the same ratio, and also boost production by over 8%.
Retardant products for use in the production of retardant cement. Under conditions where the cement proportion and fineness control indices are basically consistent, the use of this grinding aid can extend the initial and final setting times by over 120 minutes, and the compressive strength of the cement increases by over 0.5 MPa in both 3 days and 28 days.
Section 3: Usage Examples

IV. Characteristics of cement using this grinding aid:
The fluidity of the cement powder will increase slightly.
2. The cement sand slurry has slightly increased fluidity.
3. Standard consistency water content slightly varies (when the type of admixture is the same).
4. Setting time slightly extended, about 30 minutes longer, also can be adjusted according to customer's requirement.
5. Recommend using a 45μm sieve residue to control the fineness of the ground material; the sieve residue will decrease, but the specific surface area value will not increase.
V. Storage Methods and Conditions
This series of grinding aids is a weakly alkaline liquid. It is recommended to store in sealed containers made of plastic. Storage facilities should be equipped with a circulation system, and the product should be circulated regularly to maintain uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is between -5℃ and 40℃.
Section 6: Method of Addition During Use
When no height increase is required, the metering pump can be directly used for measurement and addition.
When increasing the feeding height of the grinding aid, it is generally added using a two-stage pumping method, as illustrated below:

Companies using our grinding aid provide customers with storage tanks, related measurement devices, and methods for detection and control of feed rates.
Section 7: Cautionary Notes
This abrasive aid should be used after passing inspection. Inspection methods include:
1) A simple method is to compare the density, pH value, color, or solid content of the newly arrived aid mill and the sample of the aid mill that has been used and proven to be qualified, under the same temperature conditions. If they fall within the error range, they can be deemed suitable for use.
2) Utilize a cement without additives with the same proportion as that used in cement production. Conduct a cement strength blending test using a sample of the proven quality grinding aid JT-2T, retained from previous use, and a new batch of grinding aid sample, in the same laboratory. The blend is considered qualified if the three-day strengths are within a 5% error range. Generally, a single method is employed when continuously using grinding aids, but a dual method is adopted when there is significant disagreement regarding the quality of the grinding aid.
2. When handling and storing barrel-assisted abrasive, prevent dropping, smashing, external pressure, and exposure to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two barrels.
3. Prior to use, check the company logo first, then open the cover. Confirm the product and model are correct before operation.
4. This product has slight corrosive properties to the skin. In case of contact, rinse with clean water immediately, and do not ingest or consume.
5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature remains below -5℃ for consecutive 5 days, insulation measures should be taken to prevent crystallization of the product, which may affect normal usage.
6. Shelf life of this product is 12 months.
