I. Product Introduction
This series of cement additive is a liquid product primarily composed of organic carboxylates, alkanolamines, and polyhydric alcohols, with other inorganic salts as supplements. It is typically brownish transparent, odorless, and does not harm human health or the performance of cement concrete.

Section II: Applicability and Usage Effect
This series of cement additives is primarily suitable for use with silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, blended silicate cement, slag silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement, masonry cement, and pozzolan silicate cement. By further activating the mineral components within the cement, it increases the number of hydration products, thereby enhancing cement quality. This, in turn, helps to progressively reduce the amount of clinker used and improve the overall efficiency of cement production.
By utilizing this product, on top of the existing grinding aid products, it can reduce the cement clinker consumption by over 4% while maintaining the cement fineness control index consistent, and increase the cement mill output per hour by over 8%, with the cement workability remaining consistent or slightly improved.

Section 4: Characteristics of Cement Using This Concrete Additive
The fluidity of the cement powder will increase slightly.
2. Slightly increased cement paste fluidity.
3. Standard consistency water content slightly altered (when the types of admixture added are the same).
4. Setting time slightly extended.
5. The cement's 45μm sieve residue will decrease, but the specific surface area value will not increase; control the fineness of the ground cement using the 45μm sieve residue.
V. Storage Methods and Conditions
This series of cement additive is a weakly alkaline liquid. It is recommended to store it in sealed containers made of plastic. Storage facilities should be equipped with a circulation system, and the product should be circulated regularly to maintain uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is -10℃ to 40℃.
Section 6: Method of Addition During Use
If height increase is not required, the metering pump can be directly used for measurement and addition.
When increasing the feed height of cement additives, the secondary pumping method is generally used.
7. Cautionary Notes
1. This cement additive should be used after passing the inspection. Acceptance inspection methods include:
The simpler method is to test the density, pH value, and color, or solid content, of the newly arrived cement additive and the retained samples of the cement additive that has been proven effective and qualified after use, under the same temperature conditions. When both are within the error range, they can be considered suitable for use.
(2) Utilize a cement without additives with a composition similar to that used in cement production. In the same laboratory, conduct a cement strength blending test using a cement booster sample, JT-KH, confirmed as qualified through usage certificates, and a new cement booster sample. The blend is deemed acceptable if the three-day strength of both falls within the acceptable error range.
When continuously using cement additives, generally one method is adopted. A second method is used only when there is a significant disagreement about the quality of the cement additives.
2. When handling and storing drummed cement additives, prevent dropping, smashing, external pressure, and exposure to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two drums.

4. This product has slight corrosiveness to the skin. In case of contact, rinse with clean water immediately and do not ingest or consume.
5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature remains below -5℃ for consecutive 5 days, it is advisable to take insulation measures to prevent increased viscosity that may affect normal usage.
6. Shelf life of the product: 12 months.
