II. Scope of Application and Effectiveness

This series is primarily suitable for silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, composite silicate cement, slag silicate cement, pozzolana silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement, and masonry cement.

Products are categorized by their functions into early strength, late strength, yield enhancing, comprehensive, and retarding types, among others.

Early-strength products for cement production, capable of enhancing the compressive strength of cement by over 4.0 MPa within 3 days, while maintaining the same cement proportioning and fineness control, with a decrease in the water demand for standard consistency of less than 0.5%.

High-performance product for cement production, which can enhance the compressive strength of cement by over 8.0MPa within 28 days, while maintaining the same cement proportioning and fineness control, and the increase in the standard consistency water requirement is less than 0.5%.

Product for increasing production, designed for the cement production process in tube mill grinding, can achieve a 15% or higher increase in cement mill output per hour, under the condition that the cement mixing ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent.

Comprehensive product for use in the cement process, capable of reducing cement clinker consumption by over 6% while maintaining consistent cement proportioning and fineness control, increasing the admixture by the same percentage, and boosting production by over 8%.

Retardant products for use in the cement production process, which can extend the initial and final setting times by over 120 minutes when the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent. Additionally, the compressive strength of cement increases by over 0.5 MPa after 3 days and 28 days.

IV. Characteristics of Cement Using This Aid Milling Agent

The fluidity of the cement powder will increase slightly.

3. The standard consistency water content varies due to different proportions and types of mixed materials.

4. The fineness control of cement after grinding is highly sensitive to the 45μm sieve residue.

V. Method of Addition During Use

When no height increase is required, the metering pump can be used directly for measurement and addition.

When increasing the feeding height of the grinding aid, it is generally added using a two-stage pumping method. The illustration is as follows:

Six, Precautions

1. This abrasive aid should be used after passing the inspection. Acceptance inspection methods include:

1) A simple method is to compare the density, pH value, color, or solid content of newly arrived grinding aids and samples of previously used, proven effective grinding aids under the same temperature conditions. They are deemed qualified for use when they fall within the error range.

2) Utilize a cement without additives that has the same composition as cement production. In the same laboratory, conduct a cement strength blending test using a sample of a proven, qualified grinding aid and a new batch of grinding aid. The mixture is considered合格 when the three-day strengths of both fall within the error range. Generally, a single method is used for continuous use of grinding aids; a second method is employed only when there is significant disagreement regarding the quality of the grinding aid.

2. When handling and storing this abrasive aid, prevent dropping, crushing, external pressure, and exposure to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two drums.

3. Before use, check the company logo first, then open the cover. Confirm the product and model are correct before putting it into operation.

4. This product has slight corrosive properties to the skin. In case of contact, rinse with clean water and do not ingest or consume.

5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature remains below -5℃ for consecutive 5 days, it is advisable to take insulation measures to prevent crystallization of the product from affecting its normal use.

6. Shelf life of this product: 12 months.
