Hot Rolled Steel Sheet
Continuous castingSheetBlank or billet is used as raw material, heated in a step-type furnace, descaled with high-pressure water, then fed into the roughing mill. The roughing material is trimmed at both ends before entering the finishing mill, where computer-controlled rolling is implemented. After final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and is coiled by a coiler, becoming a direct-rolled coil. The ends of the direct-rolled coil are often tongue-shaped or fish-tail shaped, with poor thickness and width accuracy, and commonly have defects like waviness, edge crimping, and tower-like shapes. The coils are heavier, with a steel coil inner diameter of 760mm.

Introduction
After the direct shipment coils have been processed through a series of operations including trimming the ends, edges, and multiple straightening and leveling passes, followed by cutting to plate or re-rolling, they become:Hot Rolled Steel SheetFlat hot-rolled steel coils, longitudinal cut strips, and products. If the hot-rolled finished coils are pickled to remove the oxide scale and then oiled, they become hot-rolled pickled coil. This product is trending to partially replace cold-rolled steel sheets, with moderate pricing and is greatly favored by a wide range of users.

7. High-pressure vessel steel plate
Highly processed and pressure-resistant, suitable for manufacturing high-pressure gas containers for filling LPG, acetylene, and various gases with a content volume of 500L or less.
8. Stainless Steel Sheets
Stainless steel boasts excellent corrosion resistance.
Excellent elongation properties.
Cold rolled steel has high hardness, is somewhat more difficult to process, but is less prone to deformation and has higher strength.
Hot rolled plates have lower strength and surface quality (oxidation, low luster), but good ductility, usually medium to thick plates. Cold rolled plates: high strength, high hardness, and high surface luster, usually thin plates, suitable for stamping.
Hot-rolled steel plate, with mechanical properties far inferior to cold-rolling and secondary to forging, but with good toughness and ductility.
Cold-rolled steel plates, due to a certain degree of work hardening, have low toughness but achieve a good yield strength ratio. They are used for cold bending parts like spring sheets. Since the yield point is close to the tensile strength, there is no anticipation of danger during use, and accidents are prone to occur when the load exceeds the allowable load.
