The Modular Rotary Kiln Incineration System is an independently developed incineration equipment by our company, based on traditional rotary kiln technology and combined with wet-process cement kiln technology, achieving good results in enhancing heat exchange and combustion effects. The system is equipped with enhanced heat exchange devices, overcoming the drawback of insufficient oxygen contact with waste in traditional rotary kiln incineration, which leads to poor heat exchange and combustion effects. Additionally, the system features a function to prevent material from caking inside the furnace. The secondary combustion chamber of the system is equipped with enhanced combustion devices, ensuring thorough combustion of the ash and slag entering the chamber, thereby improving the system's thermal efficiency and also serving as a cooling function for the slag. Furthermore, it incorporates comprehensive functions for crushing slag and automatic slag discharge.
The characteristics of this modular rotary kiln incineration system can be summarized as follows:
This equipment can simultaneously incinerate solid waste, liquids, colloids, and gases, with strong adaptability to the waste material.
The material being incinerated tumbles forward within the kiln, with three heat transfer methods coexisting in one furnace, resulting in a high thermal utilization rate.
Replacements for the furnace lining are convenient and cost-effective.
The transmission mechanism is simple, utilizing open gear sets for power transmission, and is easy to maintain.
Low requirements for the shape of the incineration material and moisture content.
The material can be adjusted to stay in the kiln for up to an hour or more, with combustion temperatures maintained above 800℃ to ensure the basic incineration of hazardous waste; the secondary chamber's 1100℃ high temperature, the strong mixing of secondary air, and the 2-second residence time of flue gas ensure that all harmful components that were not fully decomposed are completely broken down; not only does it incinerate the waste thoroughly, but it also avoids or reduces the formation of dioxins at the source.
Good sealing measures and negative pressure in the furnace ensure no harmful gases escape.
High equipment operating rate, with an annual operating rate generally exceeding 90%; easy to operate and maintain.
Additional reinforcement heat exchange and anti-encrustation devices are installed inside the rotary kiln, which, while enhancing combustion efficiency, also expands the incinerator's adaptability to waste.
By integrating technology, the traditional secondary combustion chamber has been transformed into a secondary combustion furnace, enhancing the combustion rate of ash and slag, improving the incineration efficiency of the rotary kiln, while also featuring comprehensive functions such as room temperature slag discharge, slag crushing, and sealed aeration.
