Fluorine chemical companies generate a small amount of fluorinated organic waste liquids during production that cannot be treated conventionally by biochemical or physical methods. Our company's fluorine chemical waste liquid incinerator, designed based on the characteristics of this waste and our own technology, is undoubtedly the ideal choice for its harmless treatment. This furnace model is highly targeted and features the following:
⑴ Utilizing a tangential twin-fluid atomization device, it offers high mixing degree, atomization effect, combustion speed, and efficiency with a low excess air coefficient, significantly reducing fuel consumption. The atomizing nozzle has a large diameter, requiring minimal fluid viscosity and impurity content, thus minimizing clogging. The low-pressure atomization method is safer than high-pressure spray, less prone to wear and tear, and less likely to malfunction, resulting in excellent combustion performance. The atomizing medium uses low-pressure steam, air, or nitrogen.
High combustion safety with a control logic program that prevents ignition until explosive gases are excluded from the furnace to avoid gas explosions. Equipped with a flame detector, it automatically cuts off the oil supply and waste fluid supply if the fire goes out or ignition fails, and has a comprehensive alarm system for reliability and safety.
⑶ Designed the furnace lining and incinerator body specifically based on the composition and characteristics of the waste liquid, thereby overcoming the fatal defect of short lifespan in incinerators for fluoride-containing waste liquids.
④ Fully consider the utilization of waste heat from waste liquid incineration, which can generate steam for production use.
Recycle hydrogen fluoride gas produced during the incineration process in an economical and reasonable manner.
