I. Introduction:

This product is made from refined base oil, combined with rust inhibitors and various additives, offering excellent lubricity, wear resistance, and rust prevention. It forms a protective rust-resistant film on surfaces of cast iron, copper, aluminum alloys, and steel. Suitable for equipment or materials requiring long-term rust protection, such as wind turbines and vehicles. It is also ideal for rust prevention on pipes and steel in the construction industry, as well as on outdoor equipment components and tools, including engines, molds, and various metal machinery.

II. Product Features:

1. Forms a dense adsorbing passivation film on the treated metal surface quickly, thereby blocking the surrounding air and moisture.

2. Provides protection and rust prevention on cast iron, aluminum alloys, copper, and carbon steel.

3. Excellent volatility; the product leaves only a thin and transparent oil film on the surface, which is non-sticky to hands and workpieces, and easy to clean.

4. Outperforms the majority of similar products on the market.

III. Usage Instructions:

Before use, please remove rust, dust from the metal surface of the application, clean it thoroughly, and keep it dry.

2. Mass production product protection by immersion coating method: immerse components in rust-inhibiting oil, then drain or dry them.

3. Local protection for large workpieces is achieved through brush coating: apply the paint evenly in both directions, ensuring the coating is not too thick to avoid uneven thickness and missed spots, which can lead to corrosion.

4. Large workpiece overall protection by spraying method: Use compressed air to atomize the rust-proof oil into a mist and spray evenly.

5. Avoid open flames in the product work area, and store in an environment below 40°C.
