An electric heater fan is a device that emits warm air by consuming electrical energy. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters through the inlet under pressure, flows along a specific heat exchange channel inside the electrically heated container, following a path designed using principles of fluid thermodynamics, and removes the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements. This raises the temperature of the medium being heated, resulting in a high-temperature medium at the electric heater fan outlet that meets the process requirements. The internal control system of the electric heater fan automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet to ensure uniform temperature of the medium; when the heating elements exceed the temperature limit, the independent over-temperature protection device for the heating elements immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing overheating of the heating material that could lead to coking, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, damage to the heating elements, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater fan.

Electric heaters are primarily used for heating in homes, factories, warehouses, workshops, docks, cruise ships, construction sites, storage and logistics facilities, underground parking garages, and outdoor venues for performances, exhibitions, or press conferences. They can also be used in farm greenhouses, bamboo and wood craft factories, leather processing plants, and for raw materials, construction materials, food, maintenance, renovation, industrial products, agricultural product drying, heating, insulation, and frost prevention. Suitable for large area and spacious heating and temperature rise, especially for the rapid drying treatment of the outer surfaces of motor, pump, and plastic parts, etc.
