Clean and maintain the oil mist purifier:

1. Equipment (fume purifier) should generally be cleaned every 3-6 months under normal operation. After some use, the internal electric field of the purifier accumulates oil污, resulting in a decrease in purification efficiency. Therefore, maintenance and cleaning of the fume purifier should be done promptly during use. Cleaning method: Pour the degreasing cleaner at a ratio of 3-5% into a hot water bath of 40-50 degrees Celsius, stir it to dissolve thoroughly. Prepare the cleaning solution by mixing industrial caustic soda and water in a 1:15 ratio.

2. Pre-filter and post-filter cleaning: After turning off the power for ten minutes, open the service door, pull out the pre-filter and post-filter, place them in the cleaning tray for 10-15 minutes, gently clean the oil and debris from the filters. Then rinse them thoroughly with clean water. Allow the filters to air dry naturally, and return them to their original position inside the purifier after drying.

3. Purification Field Cleaning Process: After the power is disconnected for ten minutes, open the maintenance door and remove the electric field. Place it in the cleaning tank for 10-15 minutes, or spray an appropriate amount of cleaning agent onto the electric field (electrode plate) for 10-15 minutes. Use a cleaning strip or scraper to move from top to bottom in the middle of the electrode plate, just cleaning most of the oil污. If not clean in one go, multiple cleanings are allowed. Rinse the cleaned electric field with clear water, let it air dry naturally, then place the electrode plate back in its original position inside the purifier and close the maintenance door to resume operation.
