An electric heater fan is a device that emits warm air by consuming electrical power. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters through the inlet, under pressure, through pipes and along a specific heat exchange channel within the electric heating container. Designed using principles of fluid thermodynamics, this path carries away the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating elements, thereby increasing the temperature of the heated medium. The electric heater fan's internal control system automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet to ensure uniform temperature of the medium. If the heating elements overheat, their independent overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power, preventing overheating of the heating material that could lead to coking, deterioration, carbonization, and, in severe cases, damage to the heating elements. This effectively extends the service life of the electric heater fan.

Application Scope

Electric heating blowers are primarily used for heating in homes, factories, warehouses, workshops, docks, cruise ships, construction sites, storage logistics, underground garages, and outdoor venues for performances, exhibitions, or press conferences. They can also be used in greenhouse heating for farms, bamboo and wood craft factories, leather processing plants, and for raw materials, construction materials, food, maintenance, renovation, industrial products, agricultural product drying, and for heating, insulation, and frost prevention. Suitable for heating and warming large areas and spaces, especially for rapid drying treatments of the outer surfaces of motor, pump, and plastic products, among others.
