A heater blower is a device that produces warm air by consuming electrical power. In operation, a low-temperature fluid medium enters through the intake port under pressure, flows along a specific heat exchange channel inside the electrically heated container, following a path designed according to the principles of fluid thermodynamics, to remove the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating elements. This raises the temperature of the medium being heated, resulting in a high-temperature medium at the output of the electric heating blower that meets the process requirements. The internal control system of the electric heating blower automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the output port, ensuring uniform temperature of the medium. Should the heating elements overheat, their independent overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power, preventing overheating of the material that could lead to coking, degradation, carbonization, and in severe cases, damage to the heating elements. This effectively prolongs the service life of the electric heating blower.
Application Scope
Electric heater fans are primarily used for heating in residential, industrial, and storage facilities, workshops, docks, cruise ships, construction sites, warehousing logistics, underground parking garages, and outdoor venues for performances, exhibitions, or press conferences. They are also suitable for heating greenhouses in farming, bamboo and wood processing factories, leather processing plants, as well as for raw materials, construction materials, food, maintenance, renovation, industrial products, and drying agricultural products. They are ideal for large areas and spaces, especially for quick drying treatments of the exterior surfaces of motor, pump, and plastic parts, among others.
