An electric heater fan is a device that emits warm air by consuming electrical power. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters its inlet through pipes under pressure, flows along a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container, and carries away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements along a path designed based on the principles of fluid thermodynamics, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The electric heater fan's internal control system automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet to ensure uniform temperature of the medium at the outlet; when the heating elements exceed the temperature limit, the independent overheat protection device of the heating elements immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent overheating of the heating material, which can cause coking, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, damage to the heating elements, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater fan.
Application Scope
Electric heating air blowers are primarily used for heating in residential, industrial, and storage facilities, workshops, docks, cruise ships, construction sites, warehousing logistics, underground garages, and outdoor venues such as exhibitions or press conferences. They can also be used in animal husbandry greenhouses, bamboo and wood craft factories, leather processing factories, and for raw materials, construction materials, food, repairs, renovations, industrial products, agricultural product drying, heating, insulation, and frost prevention. They are suitable for heating and warming large areas and spaces, especially for rapid drying treatments of the external surfaces of motor, pump, and plastic products.
