Fire damper
Installed on the supply and return air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems, normally in an open position. In case of fire, when the gas temperature inside the pipeline reaches 70℃, the fusible link melts, and the valve closes automatically under the action of the torsion spring. It can meet the requirements for fire resistance and integrity for a certain period of time, serving as a smoke and fire barrier. When the valve is closed, it outputs a closure signal.
Duct smoke and fire damper
Mounted on the exhaust system piping, typically in a closed state during normal operation. Manually or electrically activated in case of a fire to facilitate smoke extraction. Closes when the smoke pipe temperature reaches 280°C, meeting fire resistance stability and integrity requirements within a specified time frame, acting as a smoke extraction valve.
Product Principle
Installed in the central air conditioning duct system, it operates based on the temperature control of fusible alloy. It closes the valve using the force of gravity and the action of a spring mechanism. In the event of a fire, flames侵入 the ducts, causing the fusible alloy on the valve to melt, or the shape memory alloy to deform, thereby automatically closing the valve. This is used in scenarios where the ductwork passes through fire-resistant partitions.
