Features of Exhaust Fans
1. Excellent High-Temperature Performance: The fan meets the requirements of GA2l-1999 "Standard Test Method for High-Temperature Performance of Fire Exhauster" for fire exhaust fans. The company has established an internal control system in compliance with this standard, enabling continuous operation for 45 minutes at 300℃ and 20 hours per cycle at 100℃ without damage, widely used in high-end civil buildings, ovens, underground parking garages, tunnels, and other applications.
2. Wide Application Range: Can be used for different requirements of high-satin civilian buildings, employing variable or multi-speed drive types to achieve the purpose of dual-purpose (i.e., common ventilation and exhaust as well as smoke exhaust for fire prevention), with blade types divided into axial flow (HTF -I, II) and mixed flow (HTF -I G, II G), enabling the fan to possess a broad range of performance parameters. If the user has high noise requirements, a silent-type fan can be produced.
3. High Efficiency: This series of fans utilizes advanced CAD system software, and is a new product developed through lightweight, multi-objective optimization design. Field tests show that the fan efficiency exceeds 80x. It also features a flat efficiency curve, which is conducive to energy conservation.
4. Easy Installation, Compact Size: The fan is a axial flow fan, which can be directly connected to the air duct and mounted on walls (installation can be vertical, horizontal, or suspended). Greatly reduces the occupied area. Moreover, it is not affected by the larger machine number and high air volume requirements, utilizing a direct motor connection for reliable operation.
