Smoke Exhaust Fan Features
1. Excellent high-temperature performance: The fan test meets the standards of GA2l-1999 "Testing Method for High-Temperature Performance of Fire Exhausters," establishing an enterprise internal control system in accordance with this standard. It can operate continuously for 45 minutes at 300°C and 20 hours per cycle at 100°C without damage, widely used in high-end civil buildings, ovens, underground parking garages, tunnels, and other applications.
2. Wide Application Range: Suitable for various requirements of high-satin civil buildings, the fan can be driven by variable or multi-speed mechanisms to achieve dual-purpose use (i.e., both common ventilation and smoke exhaust for fire prevention). The blade types include axial flow (HTF -I, II) and mixed flow (HTF -I G, II G), providing a broad range of performance parameters. If the customer has a high requirement for noise reduction, a soundless model can be produced.
3. High Efficiency: This series of fans utilizes advanced CAD system software and is a new product developed through lightweight multi-objective optimization design. Field tests show that the fan efficiency exceeds 80x. It also features a flat efficiency curve, which is conducive to energy conservation.
4. Easy installation, compact size: This fan is a axial flow fan, which can be directly connected to ducts and mounted on walls (installation can be vertical, horizontal, or suspended). Greatly saves the floor space. Moreover, it is not affected by the larger machine number and the requirement for high air volume, and uses a direct motor connection, ensuring reliable operation.
