Aluminum alloy air outlets are widely used in air conditioning systems as supply outlets. According to usage requirements, an aluminum air volume control valve (butterfly valve) can be fitted behind the outlet. Double blade air outlets have two perpendicular blades that can adjust the angles of horizontal and vertical blades, thus altering the airflow diffusion area to change the throw. The outer frame width of the outlets comes in two types: wide and narrow, suitable for ventilation systems with special requirements. Double blade air outlets (aluminum alloy)
Aluminum alloy double louvre air outlets, widely used in air conditioning systems as supply outlets. According to usage requirements, an aluminum air volume control valve (V-shaped gate) can be installed behind the outlet. The double louvre outlets feature two sets of perpendicular blades that adjust the angles of horizontal and vertical louvres, modifying the air flow spread area to change the throw. The outer frame of the outlet comes in two widths: wide and narrow, suitable for ventilation systems with special requirements.
Aluminum alloy air outlet application:
This series of products is typically installed on pipelines or side walls as side supply air outlets. The double louvered air outlets feature two adjustable angle-moving blades. The short blades are used to adjust the diffusion angle of the supply air stream and can also be used to change the direction of the airflow; while adjusting the long blades allows the supply air stream to adhere to the ceiling or incline at a certain angle (when supplying warm air). The outer blades of the double louvered air outlets or the blades of a single louvered outlet can be aligned parallel to the long side or the short side, and the choice can be made according to customer requirements.
Features of Aluminum Alloy Air Duct:
1. Dual-layer adjustable blades, offering different air throw distance and dispersion angles
2. Suitable for supply air outlets
3. Available in aluminum or iron construction
4. Compatible with regulating valves
How to tell the quality of aluminum alloy air outlets? Check the thickness, or weight, of the aluminum alloy material. Generally, heavier outlets tend to be of better quality. Hold the top of the outlet and rotate it back and forth to see if the aluminum alloy outlet deforms. Inspect the craftsmanship and surface flatness of the aluminum alloy outlet, ensuring the joints are aligned and the welds are intact. Examine the color of the aluminum alloy outlet: it should be even, with no visible creases on the blades from a visual standpoint. If adjustable, the movement should be smooth and flexible.
