PP fume hoods are primarily used in cleanrooms with high environmental requirements, as the PP material has acid resistance. Compared to all-steel fume hoods, it offers superior resistance to acids and alkalis, making it suitable for more intense acid and alkali experiments. It is irreplaceable by all-steel fume hoods. It can be applied in high-intensity acid and alkali experiments and other high-end locations within purification rooms.
PP stands for Polypropylene, commonly abbreviated as PP, also known as Hundred-Fold Adhesive.
Polypropylene is a representative of polyalpha-olefins, a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing propylene (CH2=CH-CH3). It is one of the lighter types of common plastics, featuring diverse electrical properties and can be used as moisture and heat-resistant high-frequency insulation material. It is acid-resistant, easy to clean, oxidation-resistant, and has a smooth surface.
Cabinet
1. Cabinet: Made of imported white PP with a thickness of 8-12mm (inclusive), it boasts excellent acid and alkali resistance. After cutting and processing, it is decorated with the same color and quality welding wire, ensuring a smooth surface without sharp edges.
2. Upper cabinet: Exhaust cabinet features an enclosed suction design with 1 ∮250mm exhaust vent. The deflector is made of homogenous PP material, with excellent acid and alkali resistance. Installation dimensions are scientifically and reasonably designed, ensuring no air flow dead zones.
3. Lower cabinet: Storage cabinet with an additional shelf in the middle. Equipped with black plastic hinges for corrosion resistance. Handles are made of solid C-shaped PP handles.
Control Panel Surface
The countertop is made from imported 12mm PP board, exhibiting exceptional resistance to acids and alkalis. The sink on the ventilation countertop is configured according to the customer's requirements.
Adjustable gate
a. Adjustment Door Glass: Made of 4mm thick transparent acrylic glass, acid and alkali resistant
b. Adjusting Door Frame: Thick porcelain white PP board C-channel, embedded joint for safety and durability.
c. Adjustment door suspension cables: Each fume hood adjustment door is connected with suspension cables.
d. Adjusting Door Balance Weight: Utilizes a stepless weight box design, with its up and down travel restricted by silent tracks to prevent摇晃 and collision.
Electrical Equipment
a. Switches: Push-button illuminated self-locking switches, including fan switch, lighting switch, and master power switch.
b. Lighting Equipment: Full-cage 3-in-1 lighting fixtures, with 220v * 20w * 2 inside the lampshade
c. Socket section: Each fume hood is equipped with two 220V 10A power sockets with splash-proof covers.
