Acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, passing through the packing layer where it undergoes a thorough gas-liquid contact with sodium hydride absorbent solution, resulting in absorption and neutralization reactions. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is further dehumidified and demisted by the defogging plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorbent solution is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top, then recirculated back to the bottom for reuse. The purified acid mist waste gas meets the discharge requirements of the Guangdong Province local standards, which are lower than the national emission standards.
This equipment employs a packed tower to purify waste gases, suitable for both continuous and intermittent emissions treatment; the process is simple, with convenient and straightforward management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production; it has a wide application range, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously; the pressure drop is low, with a high operational flexibility, and excellent demisting performance; the tower can be made from FRP/PP/PVC materials based on actual conditions; the packing uses low-pressure Baoer rings, which can completely remove odors, harmful substances, and more from the gas.
This equipment is available in single-column and double-column configurations. It features round columns joined together by flange segments. It consists of a liquid storage tank, column, air inlet section, spray distribution section, packing section, swirl separator mist removal section, outlet cone cap, and inspection holes, among other components.
