The acidic mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, where it passes through a packing layer and undergoes a thorough gas-liquid contact absorption and neutralization reaction with sodium hydride absorption solution. After purification, the acidic mist waste gas is further dehumidified and defogged by a defogging plate before being discharged into the atmosphere by a blower. The absorption solution is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and then sprayed down from the top, returning to the bottom for recycling. The purified acidic mist waste gas meets the emission requirements of Guangdong Province's local standards and is below the national emission standards.
This equipment employs a packed tower to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions; the process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop production; it has a wide application range, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously; it features low pressure drop, high operational flexibility, and excellent demisting performance; the tower can be made from materials like FRP, PP, or PVC based on actual conditions; the packing uses low-resistance Pall rings, which can thoroughly remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
This equipment is available in single-column and double-column configurations. It features round columns connected in segments using flanges. It is specifically composed of a storage tank, column, air inlet section, spray layer, packing layer, swirl mist removal layer, exhaust cone cap, and inspection holes.
