Acid mist exhaust is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, where it passes through a packing layer. The exhaust gas is then fully contacted and absorbed through a gas-liquid phase reaction with sodium hydride absorption liquid. After purification, the acid mist exhaust is further dehumidified and defogged by a demisting plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorption liquid is boosted by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top, recycling back to the bottom for continuous use. The purified acid mist exhaust meets the local Guangdong Province emission standards and is below the national emission standards.
This equipment uses packed tower technology to purify waste gases, suitable for continuous and intermittent emissions treatment; the process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop production; it has a wide application range, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously; it features low pressure drop, high operating flexibility, and excellent demisting performance; the tower can be made from materials like FRP, PP, or PVC based on actual conditions; the packing uses low-resistance Baffle rings, which can thoroughly remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
This equipment consists of single-tower and double-tower designs. The towers are circular and made up of segments connected by flanges. It is specifically composed of a storage tank, tower body, air inlet section, spray layer, packing layer, vortex de-dusting layer, exhaust cone cap, and inspection openings.
