Lead wire gabions are mechanically woven from high corrosion-resistant, high-tensile, and ductile low-carbon steel wire, or coated with PVC, and the box-like structures made from this mesh are called gabion mesh boxes. The diameter of the low-carbon steel wire used, in accordance with ASTM and EN standards, varies based on engineering design requirements, generally between 2.0-4.0mm. The tensile strength of the gabion mesh wire should be no less than 38kg/m2, the weight of the metallic coating generally exceeds 245g/m2, and the diameter of the edge line of the gabion mesh should be larger than the wire diameter. The length of the double-twisted section must not be less than 50mm to ensure that the metallic and PVC coatings on the twisted wire are not damaged.
(1) Aperture: 60*80mm, 80*100mm, 80*120mm, 100*120mm, 120*150mm, 90*110mm
The length of the double-strand braiding section must not be less than 50mm to ensure the metallic coating and PVC coating on the wires in the braiding section remain intact.
(2) Wire Diameter: The stone笼 mesh is divided into three types of wire diameters—mesh wire, edge wire, and binding wire
The wire diameter range is 2mm-4mm.
2. The edge wire is generally thicker than the mesh wire, 0.5-1.0mm thicker.
3. Binding wire is generally smaller than mesh wire, with 2.2mm being the most common size.
(3) Wire tensile strength: Not less than 38 kg/m², 380 N/mm²
(4) Surface Treatment
Electroplated zinc. Zinc coating of 10g/m². Poor corrosion resistance.
2. Hot-Dip Galvanized. The zinc coating can reach up to 300g/m2 with strong corrosion resistance.
3. Galfan (Aluminum-Zinc Alloy). This is available in two types of materials: zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy wire and zinc-10% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy wire.
4. PVC Sheathing. The sheathing thickness typically includes 1.0mm, for example: after sheathing 2.7mm becomes 3.7mm.
Partition: Add a partition every meter along the length of the stone笼 net
(2) Dimensions: Available for custom sizing to standard specifications
