Section 1: Illustration of High-Temperature Control Cable

High-Temperature Control Cable Applications
High-temperature control cables are used for control wiring of electrical equipment and appliances, with a long-term operating temperature of 200°C. The bend radius should not be less than 8 times the cable outer diameter, and cables with armor or shielding should have a bend radius not less than 15 times the cable outer diameter. Suitable for high-temperature environments in industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation departments, and for control and protection circuits operating at alternating current rated voltages of 450/750V or below.

Note:High-temperature control cable insulation sheath materials are all made of virgin material: polytetrafluoroethylene ethylene propylene (PFA, FEP, F46, Teflon, fluoro plastics, Teflon). The products feature resistance to high and low temperatures from -65°C to 200°C, -65°C to 260°C, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance.
