Centrifugal Oil Filter Installation and Operation Instructions:
1、Centrifugal Oil Filter MachineFootings are pre-designed with bolt holes.
2. When installing the oil filter machine, it is required to pour a concrete foundation. The ground must be solid, flat, and firmly bonded. Add a rubber or wooden board between the base surface and the oil filter machine's foot plate without any gaps, and then tighten the foot bolts.
3. When the motor is running normally, pour the well-mixed crude oil into the drip pan and run for 2-4 minutes. After turning off the power and stopping the drum rotation, the pure oil will automatically flow out through the oil pipe.
4. When cleaning oil sludge, loosen the quick-release screws, lift off the top cover, and use a shovel to scrape the sludge off the bucket walls through the holes.
5. After a period of use, remove the lid from the outer drum, unscrew the bolt of the inner drum's oil pan, then lift the inner drum by the mouth with it facing upwards. Clean the overflow fine debris from the inner bottom of the outer drum, and then reinstall the inner drum.
