The working principle of the fully automatic oil press machine:

During operation, the pre-processed oil material enters the squeezing chamber from the hopper. The squeezing screw rotates, continuously pushing the material forward for pressing. As the material moves within the squeezing chamber under high pressure, significant frictional resistance is generated between the material and the screw, and between the material and the chamber, creating relative motion between the material particles. On the other hand, as the root diameter of the screw gradually thickens and the pitch decreases, the screw, when rotating, pushes the material forward and also flips it outward, while the material layer adjacent to the screw threads rotates along with the screw shaft. This results in each material particle within the chamber moving at different speeds and directions, with relative motion existing between particles. The heat generated by friction meets the heat requirements of the oil extraction process, promoting thermal denaturation of proteins in the material, destroying colloids, enhancing plasticity, and reducing viscosity, which is beneficial for easier oil extraction. Consequently, the oil extraction rate of the press is improved, allowing oil to be squeezed from the material and drain out through the circular and slotted gaps.

Fully Automatic Oil Press Structure:

An automatic oil press machine is a new type of fully automatic screw oil press, composed of squeezing chamber, feeding device, screw main shaft, cake-breaking mechanism, gear box, and motor, etc. The characteristics of the screw oil press are that the horizontal and vertical screws work synchronously, the squeezing chamber is divided axially, the cylinder shell is fixed by a single bolt using dovetail grooves, the opening and closing of the cylinder shell is done with a hinge structure, and it employs a cold-heat structure for cooling.
