The bridge supports are made of epoxy resin composite material, lined with a metallic frame. The shape of the metallic frame matches the cross-section of the cable bridge. The material is cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.5-2.0mm (150≤B≤300: 1.5mm, 400≤B≤800: 2.0mm). The metal surface must undergo special treatment and include a soft bonding layer to prevent delamination between the metallic frame and the main anti-corrosion layer due to different thermal expansion coefficients.

The bridge supports are coated with a primary corrosion-resistant layer over the metal frame, with an average thickness of 1.5mm-2.0mm and a density of 1.7-2.0g/cm³.

The primary anti-corrosion layer must be externally protected with a high-density, damage-resistant layer that reflects ultraviolet rays, ensuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface to enhance the aging performance and service life of the cable tray.

The lining is made of glass fiber fabric, which is woven from three-no (no alkali, no wax, no twist) glass fibers.

The filling material is made of lightweight aluminum hydroxide to reduce its own weight, thereby enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the cable tray.

The bridge supports are equipped with measures to prevent strong corrosion, strong external forces on any end surface, connection surface, and connection holes.

The main anti-corrosion layer, bonding layer, and protective layer are required to be formed in one hydraulic molding process.
