Project Name: Jiangxi Lihao Group Soundproof Room

Governance Goals: Reduce the interference of external noise from the soundproof room on the internal environment, facilitating accurate measurement of experimental noise within the room. The overall sound insulation level of the soundproof room should be ≥20dB(A), (excluding the influence of non-related factors, with doors and windows closed, the indoor noise should be lower than the outdoor noise by ≥20dB(A).)

Engineering Challenges: In this project, the soundproof room requires the entry and exit of robots. In accordance with the client's requirements, our company has installed automatic lifting and lowering soundproof doors at a suitable location in the soundproof room, achieving unified operation with the client's robots.

Used for silent testing of various electronic mechanical components, exterior noise level at 80 decibels, interior at 20±1 decibels. Features include waterproofing, fire resistance, and stability. Specific specifications are available for selection. Assembly line acoustic room隔音 effectiveness: external 75dB, internal 40dB. Sizes are customizable as required. The assembly line can pass through the interior without affecting test results.
