1. The soundproof room's main structure is a seismic-resistant frame design, utilizing modular assembly for easy installation and disassembly. 2. The frame is constructed with square steel, while the outer panels are made of eco-friendly glass steel; the inner side uses porous aluminum panels, lined with sound-absorbing foam, soundproof materials, and damping coatings to effectively reduce noise and enhance low-frequency noise reduction.
3. The closing surfaces of doors and windows are sealed with sealing strips; the external joints of the soundproof room are bonded with aluminum alloy strips for an aesthetically pleasing and practical finish.
4. The soundproof room is a five-sided structure, with the sides sequentially being the feeding side, main operation side, finished product collection side, and rear operation side. Each side is equipped with a transparent observation window and an operator entrance/exit door for convenient observation of the press brake's operation.
