Factors Affecting the Useful Life of Generator Rental:
First and foremost, we must clarify that the consumable parts of generator rentals include air filters, oil filters, and diesel filters. To extend the lifespan of generator rentals, it is crucial to enhance the maintenance of these three filters—air, oil, and diesel—during use, to fully utilize their functions.
Air filters must not be installed with missing, reversed, or incorrectly placed seals and rubber connecting tubes. Ensure that all sealing areas are tightly fitted. For paper dust cup air filters, clean the dust once every 50-100 hours of operation, using a soft bristle brush to remove surface dust. If the operating time exceeds 500 hours or the filter is damaged, it should be replaced promptly. With oil bath air filters, clean the filter element with clean diesel every 100-200 hours of operation and replace the engine oil. If the filter element is broken, replace it immediately and, during use, add engine oil as per specifications.
