Sand Production Line Introduction
The sand production line (sand making production line) typically consists of equipment such as vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, sand making machines (direct impact crushers), vibrating screens, sand washers, belt conveyors, and centralized electrical control systems. The designed output usually ranges from 50 to 500 tons per hour. After years of development and research, our company has matched the sand making machine with other product series, creating a complete sand production line that holds a leading position in the industry.
Sand production line process flow
The stone material is evenly fed to the jaw crusher by a vibration feeder for initial crushing. The crushed material is then sent to a fine jaw crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed material is conveyed to a vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for sorting. Stones meeting the feed size requirements for the sand making machine are processed into sand. Those that do not meet the requirements are returned to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. The material discharged from the sand making machine is returned to the vibrating screen for re-sorting. The sand that meets the main requirements is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, it is conveyed by the finished product conveyor belt, becoming the final product. Sand and stone mixtures that do not meet the main requirements are sent back to the sand making machine for further crushing. This production line ultimately forms a 2-stage closed-loop cycle, and various configurations can be made according to customer needs.

Features of Sand Production Line
Our company has been engaged in the research and production of sand and gravel crushing for many years. The sand production line designed and manufactured based on our country's actual conditions has the following characteristics compared to a standard sand production line:
Investment is only 1/3 to 1/5 of a conventional production line with the same processing capacity.
2. The production cost per ton of sand and stone is just 1/3 to 1/4 of the conventional production line.
3. High level of production automation; less than 3 people per shift.
