
The Tower Sand Making process primarily addresses the shortcomings of traditional sand-making technology. We have introduced the VU Aggregate Optimization System, a novel dry sand-making solution that resolves the production issues of artificial sand. This equipment brings new benefits and development opportunities to industries such as sand and stone, dry mix, commercial mix, pile, and cement products.
1. High-quality finished sand
The finished sand undergoes a three-step optimization process, including high-frequency "stone-on-stone" shaping through a tower impact crusher, rapid grinding, and a cascade brushing by the particle optimizer, resulting in thorough crushing and polishing. The sand particles are full, with smooth surfaces and even sizes. This enhances the gradation, particle shape, and powder content of the sand, achieving a fineness modulus between 2.5-3.2 and a powder content of 3-15%, which is adjustable as desired.
2. Adjustable and controllable
The VU System's Integrated Screening Machine – the Mold Control Sifter, features vibration screening, material separation, and air-powder selection capabilities. It offers flexible control over the gradation composition and powder content of finished sand without the need for replacing screens or other hardware.
3. Outstanding indicators
The fully enclosed and vacuum design of the process ensures that the VU system operates without generating dust, and the dry production method eliminates the need for water washing, thereby avoiding issues with wastewater sludge treatment.
4. High level of automation
With a central control system in place, all equipment can be monitored and controlled online, allowing for quick setup and maintenance of optimal operating parameters to ensure consistent quality of finished sand and stable production capacity.

The Tower-type Sand Making System (VU System) includes VU impact crushers, model control screens, particle optimizers, humidifying mixers, dust collectors, central control systems, steel structures, and other equipment and modules, providing a complete dry sand production line solution.
Raw materials less than 15mm in size (such as stone chips, melon seed stone, stone powder, etc., inexpensive and readily available) are crushed and reshaped by the VU impact breaker, then divided into three streams under the action of the mold-controlled sieve and dust removal module: stone powder, recycled material, and semi-finished sand. The stone powder is stored in a powder ore bin after passing through the dust removal module, while the semi-finished sand enters the particle optimizer for further reshaping. After wetting and mixing, the processing is completed. After reasonable processing by the VU system, high-quality manufactured sand with proper grading, round particles, and controllable powder content is produced, along with premium stone powder that is dry, clean, and suitable for unified recycling and utilization (the applicable range is determined based on the raw material).
