Working Principle

Full Center Feeding: Material falls into the feeder of the sand-making machine and enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal wheel through the center feeding hole. It is rapidly accelerated within the wheel, reaching multiples of gravitational acceleration. Then, it is shot out at high speed from the wheel, first colliding with another part of the material that has been reflected and is now free-falling. Subsequently, both parts together impact the material lining (stone-on-stone) or the counter-attack block (stone-on-iron). They are reflected斜 upwards and strike the top of the vortex chamber, changing their direction and moving downwards at an angle. Finally, they collide with the material emitted from the impeller channel, forming a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material undergoes two to multiple chances of collisions, friction, and grinding crushing within the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge outlet.
