
The complete fine sand recovery machine set consists mainly of a vibration motor, vacuum high-pressure pump, high-pressure separator, dewatering screen, cleaning tank, and return material box, etc.
The fine sand recovery pump transports the sand-water mixture to a high-pressure separator. The finely divided sand, concentrated by centrifugal classification, is supplied to a vibrating screen through a sedimentation spout. After dehydration by the vibrating screen, the fine sand is effectively separated from water. A small amount of fine sand is recycled back to the cleaning tank via a return bin. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, excess fluid is discharged through the discharge outlet. The linear vibrating screen recovers material with a weight concentration of 70%-85%. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, altering the mortar consistency, adjusting the overflow water volume, or replacing the sand outlet.
Fine Sand Recovery Machine Introduction
The existing artificial sand production lines predominantly use the wet process. Regardless of the type of fine sand crushing machine employed, a significant drawback is the severe loss of fine sand (particles larger than 0.5mm), with some losses exceeding 20%. This not only results in significant losses but also severely affects the sand gradation, leading to unreasonable gradation, coarse fineness modulus, and greatly reducing the quality of the manufactured sand products. Excessive fine sand discharge can also cause environmental pollution and increase the costs for cleaning sedimentation ponds.
To address the aforementioned issues, our company has successfully developed a fine sand recovery system. This system, a state-of-the-art fine material extraction device, is a product of our in-house technology and is designed to cater to the actual conditions of sand powder.
