Jaw crushers are mainly used for medium particle size crushing of various ores and large pieces of material, and are widely used in industries such as mining, smelting, construction materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical industries. The compressive strength of the crushed material does not exceed 320MPa.

It is powered by two large cast steel flywheels and benefits from a heavy-duty eccentric shaft machined from forgings. All these factors contribute to the jaw crusher's exceptional reliability.
3. The jaw crusher bearing seat is made of a monolithic cast steel structure, ensuring a perfect fit with the crusher frame and significantly enhancing the radial strength of the bearing seat. The split-type bearing seat does not possess this advantage.

5. The鄂式crusher features a symmetrical "V" shaped crushing chamber, ensuring the actual feed opening width matches the nominal feed opening width.
6. Material discharge adjustment is quicker and more convenient. The jaw crusher is equipped with a wedge-type discharge adjustment device, which is simpler, safer, and faster than the old-style gasket adjustment.

Jaw Crusher Working Principle
The jaw crusher operates through a reciprocating extrusion mechanism. Its working principle is as follows: the motor drives a belt and belt pulley, which, through an eccentric shaft, causes the moving jaw to move up and down. As the moving jaw ascends, the angle between the arm and the moving jaw increases, pushing the jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, thereby crushing or splitting the material to achieve the crushing goal. Simultaneously, the material is crushed or split. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the arm and the moving jaw decreases, and under the action of the pull rod and spring, the jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate. At this point, the already crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic motion to crush and expel the material, realizing mass production.
