The PCZ type heavy hammer crusher is a high-tech equipment among the hammer crushers series, utilizing advanced production technology to achieve one-time feeding and shaping. The finished material can be adjusted according to requirements, with a complete range of coarse, medium, and fine specifications. The crushed products are free of flatness, smoothness, and have multiple angles and edges to ensure compressive strength. The equipment itself also features energy and material savings, reducing the cost of material crushing, and is particularly suitable for highway, construction, and large-scale projects.
PCZ Type Heavy Hammer Crusher Performance Advantages
Low energy consumption, cost-effective
Crushed stone material, one-time molding, transforms three-stage crushing into one-stage crushing, achieving a low-cost operation with one crushing at the top and two at the bottom, which can reduce costs by about 40%. It has low energy consumption during production and minimal initial investment costs.
Less hammer head wear
Based on the mechanical principles of conventional hammer crushers, vertical shaft hammer crushers, and various machines that use hammers to crush stone materials, a new generation of crushing equipment has been produced through optimized design. This innovation has replaced the method of controlling the particle size of the discharge with screens, thereby reducing the wear of the hammers within the crushing chamber.

Part wear resistance
Utilizes high-quality components, particularly in the selection of wear-resistant materials, suitable for crushing limestone and medium-hard stone materials with compressive strength below 200Mpa.
Low pollution
Multiple models available to meet diverse customer needs. Can add water during production to reduce dust pollution, protecting workers' physical and mental health as well as the production environment.
Operating Principle
The main working component of this machine is the rotor equipped with hammers (also known as hammerheads). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disk, a pin shaft, and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Materials are fed into the machine through the upper feeding opening and are crushed by the impact, shock, shearing, and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammers. Below the rotor, there is a sieve plate, where particles smaller than the sieve hole size pass through and are discharged, while larger, coarser particles are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammers, then discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
