Integrated automatic backflush water purifier
SummaryDescribed
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier is a new generation of water purification equipment independently developed by our company, integrating domestic and international technologies. It features fast construction period, cost-effective comprehensive investment, compact and flexible layout, less land occupation, excellent effluent water quality, and simple operation and maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for urban water supply and industrial and mining enterprise water purification. The treated water quality meets the national "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water." The introduction of this equipment provides a more convenient approach for the treatment of urban water supply and industrial and mining enterprise small and medium-sized water purification stations. Since the product was launched, it has provided this convenient device to numerous users and has earned a good reputation.
Performance Features
The main unit of the integrated automatic backflush water purifier is made of steel structure, manufactured as finished products in our factory. It can be delivered to the site, installed, and put into use immediately, with a fast construction cycle. Unconvenient to transport? We can fabricate and install it on-site.
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier has been designed with full consideration of regional differences in water quality. It not only selects the dosing points reasonably but also adds coagulation reaction functionality, ensuring sufficient coagulation reaction time. The surface load is designed conservatively to enhance the equipment's ability to withstand shock loads, making it more suitable for varying water quality conditions in different regions. The filtration system employs low resistance water distribution for deep slow filtration, ensuring the turbidity of the filtered water after treatment.≤3Degree.
Integrated automatic backflush water purifier, designed with a focus on convenience, practicality, and ease of operation, cleverly utilizes hydraulic characteristics for automatic operation. It requires minimal operator skill, allowing most individuals to operate it effortlessly and control the equipment's operational features automatically. It performs automatic backflushing when the filter surface is partially clogged. The entire unit has no moving parts, resulting in almost zero equipment failures, ensuring reliable operation and ease of maintenance.
Working Principle
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier consists of two main parts: a rapid inclined tube sedimentation tank and a gravity filter. Its working principle and technical characteristics are as follows:
1Rapid Inclined Plate settlers
The Rapid Inclined Plate Settler is an improved version of the traditional horizontal flow settler, featuring inclined plates within the settler to increase the settling area, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of the inclined plate settler. This increase in settling area results in a higher water output for the same area, in other words, under the same water treatment volume, the volume of the equipment (or unit) can be reduced, thereby reducing equipment investment. Along with the reduction in equipment volume due to the inclined plates, the hydraulic conditions are also technically improved: with small pipe diameters and spacing of the inclined plates (usually),30mm(Left and right), the water flow is in a laminar state, at which point the settling of particles is not disturbed by the water flow, enhancing a coagulation reaction zone. After raw water enters, it first undergoes coagulation and reaction to flocculate suspended impurities into larger particles, then proceeds to the sedimentation zone to ensure effective sedimentation. Due to the presence of a reaction zone, the sedimentation tank of this equipment has a longer coagulation time and better sedimentation effect than traditional integrated water purifiers. Generally, the incoming water turbidity is1000ppmDuring in-plant operation, the turbidity of the sedimentation tank outlet has already ≤15ppm。
2Gravity-assisted automatic backwash filter
The device is designed with hydraulic automatic backflush, and its working principle is as follows:
The filtration process is: Clear water after sedimentation or clarification, followed by the water distribution trough.UTubular pipes enter the siphon riser, where water is evenly distributed over the filter medium by baffles within the top cover. Water filters down through the medium, then flows into the collection area via a low-resistance water distribution system, which is the water outlet tank. When the water level rises to the outlet pipe, the filtered water is transferred to the clear water tank.
The filter bed is relatively clean when it is newly put into operation. However, as time goes by and solid particles and impurities accumulate in the filter bed, the head loss increases accordingly. The water level rises slowly along the siphon riser tube. Once the head loss reaches a certain point, the water level in the siphon riser tube rises to the siphon auxiliary tube opening and rapidly flows down. Relying on the entrainment and jetting effects of the water flow, along with the continuous removal of air from the siphon tube by the suction pipe, a vacuum is formed in the siphon tube. The water in the siphon riser tube then overflows the top and falls down along the siphon下降管, marking the beginning of the backflushing process. The water in the rinse tank is flushed from bottom to top through the connecting pipe, collection area, and distribution system to rinse the filter bed. The rinse wastewater is then drained out through the siphon tube into the drain well. During the rinse process, the water level in the tank gradually decreases, approximately...5minTo the left, as the water level in the tank drops to the siphon breaker, the siphon is destroyed, and the flushing process comes to an end, starting the filtration anew.
Setting up this device eliminates the need for traditional mechanical surge pumps and the use of clean water from the reservoir for backwashing. This simplifies the entire system by reducing the need for backwashing pumps, related piping, valves, and fittings, significantly easing the operational and management workload as well as equipment investment. As backwashing is automatic based on the degree of filter layer clogging, it minimizes human operation errors, allowing the entire unit to function even without human intervention.
It is evident that the adoption of the integrated automatic water purification system for medium and small-scale water plants offers numerous advantages unmatched by other equipment. Its implementation simplifies, enhances convenience, and improves reliability of the entire treatment system. Both technically and economically, it outperforms traditional water purification units. Currently, this product is increasingly being used in small-scale water plants, having become the replacement for conventional water purification systems.
