The main unit of the integrated automatic backflush water purifier is made of steel structure, manufactured as finished products in our factory. Operating Principle
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier consists of two main components: a rapid inclined tube sedimentation unit and a gravity filter. Its working principle and technical features are as follows:
1Quick Inclined Tube Sedimentation Tank
The Rapid Inclined Plate Settler is an improved version of the traditional horizontal flow settler, featuring inclined plates within the settler to increase the settling area, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of the inclined plate settler. This increase in settling area allows for an equivalent area settler to produce more water output, in other words, under the same water treatment volume, the volume of the equipment (or device) can be reduced, thereby decreasing equipment investment. Along with the reduction in equipment volume due to the inclined plates, the hydraulic conditions are also technically greatly improved: when the diameter and spacing of the inclined plates are sufficiently small (usually),30mm(Left and right), the water flow is in a laminar state, at this point, the sedimentation of particles is not disturbed by the water flow, improving a coagulation reaction zone. After raw water enters, it first goes through a coagulation reaction where suspended impurities絮凝 into larger particles, then it enters the sedimentation zone, ensuring the sedimentation effect. Due to the presence of a reaction zone, the sedimentation tank of this equipment has a longer coagulation time and better sedimentation effect than traditional integrated water purifiers. 2Gravity Feed Automatic Backwash Filter
This device is designed for hydraulic automatic backflushing, and its working principle is as follows:
The filtration process is: Clear water after sedimentation or clarification, followed by the water distribution trough.UThe tube enters the siphon riser, where water is evenly distributed over the filter medium by the water distribution baffles inside the top cover. Water then filters through the medium from top to bottom. The filtered water flows into the collection area through a low-resistance water distribution system, which is the storage tank. When the water level rises to the outlet pipe, the filtered water is transferred to the clear water tank.
The filter bed is relatively clean when it is newly put into operation. However, as it runs for a certain period, the water head loss increases gradually due to the gradual accumulation of solid particle impurities in the filter bed. Consequently, the water level rises slowly along the siphon rising pipe. Once the water head loss reaches a certain point, it causes the water level in the siphon rising pipe to rise to the siphon auxiliary pipe, flowing down rapidly. Relying on the entrainment and jetting effects of the water flow and the continuous removal of air from the siphon pipe by the suction pipe, a vacuum is formed in the siphon pipe. The water in the siphon rising pipe then surges over the top and falls along the siphon descending pipe, marking the beginning of the backflushing process. The backflushing water from the storage tank flows upwards through the connecting pipes, the collection area, and the distribution system to rinse the filter bed. The rinsing wastewater enters the drain well through the siphon pipe. During the rinsing process, the water level in the tank gradually decreases, approximately...5minAlright, when the water level in the tank drops to the siphon breaker, the siphon is disrupted, and the flushing process ends, with filtration restarting.
Setting up this device eliminates the need for traditional mechanical backflush pumps and avoids using clean water from the reservoir for backflushing. This simplifies the entire system by reducing the need for backflush pumps, related piping, valves, and fittings, significantly easing operation and management intensity as well as equipment investment. Since backflushing is automatic based on the degree of filter clogging, it minimizes human operation errors, allowing the entire unit to operate even without human intervention.
It is evident that the adoption of a modular integrated water purification system as the purification facility for small to medium-sized water plants offers numerous advantages unmatched by other equipment.
