The effluent is stable and meets various local discharge standards, featuring multiple functions such as cyanide removal, coagulation, and suspended solids removal. The formed cyanide precipitate does not undergo reverse phase reversal.

Mechanism of action
Chemical cyanide removal involves adding chemical agents to wastewater, where organic and inorganic high polymer solutions are mixed and compounded. This process utilizes specific ions in the chemical solution to complex with free cyanide in the wastewater, causing cyanide compounds to exist stably with negative charge coordination. Since the positively charged organic polymer structure in the de-cyanation agent can further bind through electro-neutralization and complexation, it also helps separate cyanide into a sediment form via the flocculation and bridging action of inorganic polymers, achieving deep cyanide removal. It can effectively remove free cyanide ions that are easily released and stabilize iron-cyanide complexes at the same time.
