Product Overview
Phosphorus removers are two newly developed chemical agents specifically formulated for the treatment of organic phosphates, such as electroless nickel plating, anodizing, phosphatizing (film), copper pyrophosphate, and phosphates (orthophosphates, condensed phosphates like hypophosphates, metaphosphates, and polyphosphates). They are rich in special groups that can bind with phosphate ions, forming hydrophobic floc precipitates, thereby removing phosphorus from water. Due to their lower treatment costs, excellent treatment effects, and ease of operation, they are widely used in industrial wastewater.
Application Scenario
Our company's dephosphatizing agent is widely used in anodizing, polishing and cleaning, pretreatment for painting, phosphatizing, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, pesticide, fertilizer plants, food factories, waste leachate, and domestic wastewater treatment containing phosphorus.
Instructions for Use
1. Usage: This product can be directly added or first dissolved in a tank, then pumped into the reaction pond. It is most effective under acidic conditions (pH 4-5) and is typically used at a dosage of 100-1000 ppm (0.1-1 kg per ton of wastewater). The exact amount may vary depending on the wastewater quality and is usually determined through experimentation.
2. Experiment: Take a certain amount of wastewater, adjust the pH to 4~5, initially add a certain amount of phosphorus remover (e.g., 300ppm), react for 3 minutes, adjust the pH to 7~8, then add a small amount of PAC and PAM for flocculation and sedimentation, filter, and determine the phosphorus content of the filtrate to ascertain the dosage.
