Features and Applications
◆ It is a water-soluble asphalt ammonia separation agent for oil dispersion.
◆ Excellent oil-water separation effect, effectively improves the quality of circulating ammonia water, reduces the oil content in circulating and residual ammonia water. Decreases the cleaning frequency of ammonia water nozzles, filters, heat exchangers, and steam ammonia trays. Also, it is beneficial to reduce the pressure on the subsequent biochemical system.

【Usage Instructions】
To ensure effective separation, the separator should be continuously injected into the system using an electromagnetic metering pump. Typically, the dosing point is located before the circulating ammonia pump or within the spray liquid of the initial cooler in the cross pipe.
The dosage of the additive should be determined based on the production operation and on-site conditions. The exact dosage can be determined through laboratory tests. For the ammonia water recirculation system, the dosage is typically 1~5 ppm based on the recirculating ammonia water volume. For optimal results, please use this product under the guidance of our technical staff.
The separator should not be mixed with other chemicals unless its compatibility has been verified by our technical staff.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in plastic drums, each drum contains 200L or as per customer's requirement. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, and prevent freezing.
Safety and Protection
Tar ammonia demulsifier has no significant irritation to the skin; if it comes into contact with the skin, rinse with water.
