WG Type Sludge Scraper

Usage:

The WG series skimming machines are designed for skimming and removing scum from various rectangular flotation tanks. They are divided into two types: chain plate type (suitable for tank widths less than 5 meters) and overhead crane type (suitable for tank widths greater than 4 meters).

The Chain Scraper is mainly composed of a reducer, transmission device, scraper, main and slave shafts, chains, and chain supports. It features a simple structure, ease of use, and stable performance. The reducer can be adjusted for speed or set at a constant speed.

The traveling scraper is mainly composed of several parts, including the traveling beam, skimming device, driving unit, electrical control unit, guide rail, and stopper. During operation, the scraper moves all floating debris from one end of the pool to the other. The traveling beam automatically reverses its direction through a travel switch. However, when reversing, the scraper with guide wheels is lifted by relying on the guide plate along the pool wall, and the traveling beam begins to run empty. Upon returning to the end point, it relies on the collision stopper to lower the scraper, and the traveling beam continues with the skimming and skimming process.
