Operating Principle
The dissolved air flotation (DAF) water treatment method involves releasing pressurized dissolved air water through a release device, which generates a large number of fine bubbles into the water to be treated. By utilizing the buoyancy of bubbles adhered to solid impurities, it achieves rapid separation of solids and liquids, as well as enhances the concentration of the floating sludge. Therefore, it is considered a major breakthrough in water treatment technology. The dissolved air release device is a key component in the dissolved air flotation water treatment system. Pressurized dissolved air water must be depressurized and its energy dissipated through this device before it can release a large number of fine bubbles. The performance of the release device directly affects the fineness of the bubbles and, consequently, the effectiveness of the flotation water treatment method.
