Shanghai Sida Science & Instrument Co., Ltd. was established through the industrialization of a national scientific research project focused on the precision thermostatic bath for polymer viscosity experiments at 0.01℃. This project was undertaken by Mr. Yao Hanliang, a faculty member and researcher from the Automatic Control Department of the Second Polytechnic University of Shanghai, in 1990.
