EVA Waterproof Sheet

EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer) high polymer waterproof sheet is a rollable sheet material made primarily from EVA, with the addition of appropriate modifiers, antioxidants, UV absorbers, colorants, fillers, plasticizers, etc. It undergoes a two-step extrusion and three-roll calendering process, followed by shaping, cooling, inspection, coiling, and packaging. According to GB 50108-2008 "Technical Code for Waterproofing of Underground Engineering," it is referred to as a plastic waterproofing board. Compared to PE, EVA, with the introduction of vinyl acetate (VA) monomers into its molecular chain, has reduced crystallinity, enhanced flexibility, impact resistance, compatibility with fillers, and thermal sealing properties. It also boasts good resistance to environmental stress cracking, excellent optical properties, resistance to chemical corrosion, and is non-toxic and moisture-proof. The construction process is simple, highly operable, and repairable. It has low requirements for the construction environment, making it particularly suitable for narrow spaces such as tunnels and pipelines, as well as environments with poor ventilation and water leakage.
