    The primary function of coal mine fans is to provide ventilation for coal mine operations, ensuring the air quality meets breathing standards and preventing poor air circulation. When selecting a model, it's crucial to calculate the air volume. Due to the variety of fan models available, choosing the right one is essential for optimal performance.

    Mine fan air volume calculation for coal mine, please calculate according to the following requirements.

    (One) Based on the number of people working underground simultaneously

    Q=4NK

    Q represents the total air supply volume of the mine, in m³/min.

    Number of people working underground simultaneously

    4——Air supply standard per person per minute, m/min.

    K——Mine Ventilation System, including factors such as air leakage inside the mine and uneven distribution, is rated at 1.2.

    Q=4×70×1.2=336m/min

    Section 2: Calculate the actual air requirement for coal mining, excavation, and caverns, etc., as Q = (∑Q_mining + ∑Q_excavation + ∑Q_cavern + ∑Q_other) × Km

    1. Coal mining face requires calculation of coal mine fan air volume

    ⑴ Calculated based on the gas emission rate, Q mining = 100 × q mining × Kc = 100 × 1.338 × 2.0 = 267.6 m/min

    Based on the face temperature calculation, Qc = 60 × Vc × Sc × Ki = 60 × 1.2 × 3.85 × 1.1 = 305 m/min.

    2. Tunneling Face Airflow Calculation

    ⑴ Calculating Q_d based on gas emission, Q_d = 100 × q_d × k_d = 100 × 0.392 × 2 = 78.4 m/min

    ⑵ Based on the air intake calculation of the local ventilation fan, Q_excavation = Q_f × I × k_f = 250 × 1 × 1.2 = 300 m/min

    Room Ventilation Calculation Required

    ⑴ The underground blasting material storage facility is retrieving at 80m/min.

    The underground transformer room is now capable of extracting at a rate of 150m/min.

    ③ Extract 80m/min from fire material storage
