The FBCD series of extract-type counter-rotating local ventilation fans (hereinafter referred to as ventilation fans) are energy-saving local ventilation fans developed and produced by Zibo Blower Factory Co., Ltd. to meet the needs of some coal mines for exhaust of gas and polluted air (with gas concentration not exceeding 3%). This series of ventilation fans feature a compact structure, low noise, high wind pressure, large flow rate, and high efficiency. They can be used either in counter-rotating mode or as single units, depending on the ventilation requirements. Counter-rotating operation increases ventilation distance, while using a single unit for shorter distances maintains air volume and reduces energy consumption, thus conserving energy. The compact design facilitates transportation and installation during construction projects. They are available in mine-used explosion-proof, counter-rotating, noise-reduction equipped, and extract-type local fan ventilation configurations.

Primary Uses and Application Scope

This ventilation fan is suitable for environments in coal mine shafts containing explosive substances (gas and coal dust) and is used for extracting local ventilation. It meets the needs of the mine ventilation network and safe production. It can extract local gas accumulation in the shaft or, when used in conjunction with dust removal equipment, it can remove dust from the working surface, alter the working environment, making it an ideal equipment for extracting local ventilation.
