1. To meet the resistance requirements of coal mine ventilation networks and ensure fan efficiency, this model features a counter-rotating structure. The two impellers rotate in opposite directions, allowing for the elimination of the middle guide vanes and reducing their losses, thereby enhancing the fan's efficiency.
2. The motor is directly coupled to the impeller, which prevents damage to the transmission system and eliminates energy loss from the transmission, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the fan unit.
3. The motors are all installed in an enclosed case within the main air duct of the fan, which has a certain pressure resistance. This design isolates the motor from the gas-containing air within the fan's flow channel and also serves as a heat dissipation mechanism.
