Selection and layout points for air filters of different cleanliness levels in clean rooms (clean rooms): For air purification at 300,000-class, ultra-high-efficiency filters can be used in place of high-efficiency filters; for air purification at 100, 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000 cleanliness levels, a three-stage filter system of initial, medium, and high efficiency should be used; medium and high-efficiency air filters should be selected with a flow rate less than or equal to the rated flow; medium-efficiency air filters should be centrally located in the positive pressure section of the air purification and air conditioning; high-efficiency or ultra-high-efficiency air filters should be positioned at the end of the air purification and air conditioning system.
