The common features of these dust-free rooms are smooth and hard floors and walls, simple arrangement of instruments and equipment, and ease of cleaning.

Preparation Room:The prep room is used for preparing culture media and sample processing. The cleanroom is equipped with cabinets for reagents, designated cabinets for storage of utensils or materials, laboratory tables, electric ovens, refrigerators, plumbing, and electrical power, etc.

Laundry Room:The washroom is used for cleaning utensils. Since used utensils are contaminated with microorganisms, pathogenic microorganisms may also be present. Therefore, a washroom should be set up if conditions permit. The clean room should be equipped with a heater, a steamer, basins and buckets for washing utensils, as well as various bottle brushes, scouring powder, soap, and laundry detergent.

Sterilization RoomThe sterilization room is primarily used for sterilizing culture media and various equipment. The cleanroom should be equipped with high-pressure steam sterilizers, ovens, and other sterilization equipment and facilities.

ISO Certified CleanroomA sterile room, also known as an inoculation room, is a laboratory for systemic inoculation, purification of strains, and other sterile operations. In microbiological work, the inoculation and transplantation of strains is a major operation, characterized by ensuring the purity of the strain and preventing contamination by foreign microorganisms. In the air of general environments, due to the presence of many dust particles and foreign microorganisms, contamination is very easy, which greatly interferes with the inoculation work.
